These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the application developed by Manoj Ayyagari (“the Application,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Application Overview

The Application is designed to:

  • Access user-authorized Google Drive files

  • Download PDF documents selected by the user

  • Extract text content from those PDFs

  • Use the extracted content to assist in creating LinkedIn content drafts

The Application only accesses files explicitly permitted by the user through Google’s OAuth authorization process.

2. User Consent & Google Drive Access

By connecting your Google account, you explicitly grant permission for the Application to:

  • Read and download PDF files from your Google Drive

  • Process the content locally or within connected automation workflows

The Application does not access, modify, or delete any files without your consent.

You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

3. Data Usage & Processing

  • PDF content is used only for text extraction and content generation purposes.

  • Extracted data is not sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.

  • The Application does not store Google Drive files permanently unless required for temporary processing.

All data handling is limited to the intended functionality of the Application.

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • Files and extracted text may be temporarily processed to generate LinkedIn content.

  • No long-term storage of Google Drive files is intended unless explicitly stated or configured by the user.

  • Users are responsible for the content they upload or process through the Application.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree that:

  • You have legal rights to access and use the files you authorize

  • You will not use the Application for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before publishing

The Application provides assistance only and does not guarantee accuracy or suitability of generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Application and its underlying logic are owned by Manoj Ayyagari.

  • Content extracted from user files remains the property of the user.

  • Generated LinkedIn content drafts are provided as suggestions and may be edited or used at the user’s discretion.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss caused by user error or third-party services

  • Inaccuracies in extracted or generated content

  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • The Application is misused

  • Required by law or platform policies

Users may stop using the Application at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.
Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
